Daz Laundry Detergent Safety Information and Emergency Guidance

At Daz, we prioritise the safety of our customers. Please follow the guidelines below for the safe handling and use of our laundry detergent. In case of an emergency, refer to the relevant instructions for immediate action.

General Safety Guidelines

  • Keep Out of Reach of Children & Pets: Always store Daz laundry detergent in a secure place, out of sight and reach of children and pets. Use child-resistant packaging as intended and never leave the detergent unattended while in use.
  • Avoid Contact with Eyes & Skin: Detergent can cause irritation if it comes into contact with your eyes or skin. Handle Daz detergent with care and avoid unnecessary exposure.
  • Do Not Ingest: Daz detergent is harmful if swallowed. Never ingest the detergent and ensure it is used strictly for its intended purpose.

  • Remove Contact Lenses: If wearing contact lenses, remove them after the initial rinse and continue flushing.

If Detergent Comes Into Contact with Skin:

  • Rinse with Water: Thoroughly wash the affected area with plenty of water and soap.
  • Remove Contaminated Clothing: Take off any clothing that has been exposed to the detergent to prevent prolonged contact.
  • Monitor for Reaction: If irritation or a rash develops, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Storage & Handling

  • Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Keep Daz detergent away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Proper storage will ensure product performance is not affected.
